MEET THE FOUNDER: Ginger
Ginger has been running her own cleaning business since 1987 – Almost 40 years ago!
In 2016 became a Strata Management and worked in the industry for a few years.
In 2015 started her own short term management business, G.M. Management. Short term property business include: set up, supplies, checking units, working with owners, making properties suitable and usable for vacationers.
In 2013 Ginger managed a Vacation Property Business (OVRM) that had 20 short term rentals and did this for 3 years. She did all aspect of the business – including: hiring, cleaning, check in vacationers, setting up units, buying supplies, dealing with problems and scheduling cleaning, check in, and check out.

Ginger enjoys seeing happy clients. Her biggest interest is and health and fitness. Her next love is working, dealing with and being around people. Ginger can deal with and handle extreme levels of stress. Ginger enjoys with dealing with the public in stressful situations. She is a very happy, outgoing, self-motivated individual and always likes to learn and try anything new.
